Configuration
This section covers how to configure aMule for your network and the way you use it.
Most settings are changed through the graphical Preferences dialog (documented under Interfaces → GUI), which is the main entry point for everyday configuration; toolbar icons and GTK themes are covered separately under Skins. The pages below complement them with focused, task-oriented guides — port setup, firewall and router rules, proxying — and with a reference to the configuration files aMule stores on disk.
